Project Description

Aircraft Industries Pakistan (AIPPK) — an emerging force in the aviation ecosystem — engaged me to design and launch a dynamic, professional website that communicates their long-term vision of becoming a one-window solution provider for commercial aviation in the region. With just 12 days to deliver, the project included a complete digital overhaul, strategic content creation, product/service categorization, and data-driven lead capture — setting the foundation for a future-ready aviation brand.

About AIPPK

Aircraft Industries Pakistan is poised to be a game-changer in the country’s commercial aviation sector. In collaboration with global OEMs, design consultants, and certified MRO providers, AIPPK aims to provide a full suite of aviation solutions — from feasibility studies, leasing, and aircraft maintenance to airline operations and manufacturing. Their mission: to support the growing regional demand for air traffic and aviation infrastructure, especially under initiatives like CPEC.

Challenges

  • No existing digital framework to represent the organization’s broad aviation capabilities

  • Need to build credibility, trust, and clarity in a highly technical, regulation-driven sector

  • Lack of structured service/product display for B2B users

  • Absence of data analytics and lead management tools

My Approach

Strategic Content

  • Collaborated with AIPPK leadership to break down complex aviation offerings into clear, navigable sections (e.g., MRO, Aircraft )    

  • Developed B2B-friendly content using industry-standard terminology while keeping it digestible for stakeholders

Design & Development

  • Crafted a sleek, modern website that reflects aviation precision and reliability

  • Designed a professional logo symbolizing elevation, innovation, and national identity

  • Built out dynamic product/service pages with modular content sections and inquiry

Lead  & Analytics

  • Integrated Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for behavior monitoring and analytics

  • Added tailored inquiry and RFP forms for services like MRO, Leasing, and Airline Setup

  • Enabled future ad campaign readiness via event-based tracking

Results
